On October 13th, The Boston College Volunteer and Service Learning Center and The Welles Remy Crowther Charitable Trust will co-host the 8th Annual Welles Remy Crowther Red Bandanna Run. This event brings together BC students, faculty, alumni, family and friends to support The Welles Remy Crowther Charitable Trust.

In order to provide a great experience for the participants, we are in need of both cash and non-cash donations. Corporate sponsorships yield many benefits, including:
       
  • Exposure to race participants, BC alumni, students and friends and local runners
    •    
  • Publicity in conjunction with the event (e.g. race shirt, web site)
    •    
  • Opportunity to play an integral role in a new tradition and a meaningful cause

Donations will be graciously accepted any time between now and the race, but in order to be included in promotional material, all sponsorships must be confirmed by OCTOBER 1, 2012.

Sponsorship of the Welles Remy Crowther Red Bandanna Run can be made through cash or non-cash donations. Non-cash donations may include merchandise, gift certificates, or food used for post-race and raffle prizes. We appreciate any donation and will work with all sponsors to determine the best arrangement.

All sponsors will receive the following benefits:
  • Exposure to all race participants, spectators, and volunteers
  • Association with The Welles Remy Crowther Charitable Trust, and the Welles Remy Crowther Red Bandanna Run
  • Company logo on the race T-shirt provided that commitments are received by September 1st
  • Company logo and name on the race website
